Our Story

Welcome to Starz Dance Academy, a place where we believe in educating the "whole" student to yield talented, strong, healthy, happy, and confident people. Our dance academy is more than just a place for dance classes; it's a community where we share our passion for dance and help our students grow both as artists and individuals. We are proud to serve the Muskego, Wisconsin area and look forward to sharing our love for dance with you and your family.

What We Offer

Starz Dance Academy offers a wide variety of dance programs for children of all ages and skill levels. Our programs include:

• *Competitive Programs*: Starz Dance Academy offers competitive pom dance teams for children ages 4 through 18. We hold auditions to develop teams with dancers of similar age and ability. Our ultimate goal is to give as many girls as possible the opportunity to dance, while providing a superior dance education. We currently have 135 dancers on our 9 competitive teams for the 2023-24 season.

• *Studio Dance Program*: Our studio dance program offers a wide variety of dance classes for children ages 2 through 18. We offer classes in ballet, tap, jazz, pom, hip hop, tumbling, and more. Our classes are designed to provide comprehensive and superior dance training while also teaching our students what it means to be an athlete, a leader, a student, an artist, and a teammate.

• *Special Events*: Join us for special events throughout the year, including themed birthday or special occasion parties. We offer private parties for children of all ages and skill levels.

• *Annual Recital*: Starz Dance Academy hosts its Annual Recital every May. The shows feature dancers from ALL of our classes and competitive teams. This event is held at the state-of-the-art Muskego High School Performing Arts Center and is truly the highlight of our whole year.

Professional Instructors and Small Class Sizes

At Starz Dance Academy, we believe that every student deserves individualized attention and instruction. That's why we keep our class sizes small and our instructors are all highly trained and experienced in their respective dance genres. Our instructors are passionate about dance and dedicated to providing a positive and supportive learning environment for all of our students.

Location and Office Hours

Starz Dance Academy is located on Racine Avenue, just South of I-43 (Next to Fox River Church Muskego). Our office hours are Monday-Thursday from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. We are closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
