Founder & Director
Heather Leeper established Little Leapers in 2012 after identifying a need for creative children's dance programs in Southwest Virginia. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she developed the academy's unique curriculum integrating literature and dance. Recognized as a 40 Under 40 leader by Roanoker Magazine, Heather oversees all artistic and operational aspects of the growing organization.
