At Jennie's Chesapeake Gymnastics Club (JCGC), our mission is to empower young athletes to reach their peak potential in the sport of gymnastics. We offer a comprehensive and nurturing environment where children can explore their physical abilities and develop technical skills through expert coaching and guidance.

Our Story

From humble beginnings as a community-based program, JCGC has evolved into a respected gymnastics facility serving the Calvert County community. Driven by a passion for the sport and a desire to provide quality training, founder Jennie Hinton established the club in a local industrial park, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to cater to the diverse needs of aspiring gymnasts.

Our Coaches

Led by experienced and passionate coaches, JCGC boasts a team of dedicated professionals who are certified by USA Gymnastics, the governing body for the sport in the United States. Our coaches are highly skilled in technical instruction, motivation, and creating a positive learning environment for young athletes.

Our Programs

We offer a wide range of programs to cater to different age groups and skill levels:

Recreational Gymnastics: Designed for beginners and young gymnasts, this program focuses on developing fundamental skills, coordination, and balance.

Competitive Gymnastics: For aspiring gymnasts, this program offers advanced training, competitive experiences, and the opportunity to pursue college scholarships.

Tumbling Classes: These classes introduce young children to basic tumbling skills, such as cartwheels, round-offs, and back handsprings, on the spring floor, tumble track, and various mats.
