Houston Area Driving Schools (HADS) has been a trusted name in Houston for over 14 years, providing high-quality driving education to students of all ages. Established in March 2002, our driving school was founded by Mr. Earnest Weatherford, a former supervisor and teacher at Houston Community College. With over 30 years of combined experience in driver training, our instructors are dedicated to providing a safe and rewarding learning experience.

Our Mission

At HADS, our mission is to provide exceptional driving education that prepares students for life on the road. Teen Program

Our Teen Program is designed for students under 18, who are new to driving. Our comprehensive program includes both traditional and online classroom instruction, behind-the-wheel training, and a final road test. Our instructors are certified by the Texas Education Agency and have an average of over 30 years of driving school experience.

Adult Program

For adults 18 and older, our Adult Program offers a flexible and convenient learning experience. Our program includes 6-hour adult permit class, 6-hour adult online class, and adult in-car lessons. Our instructors are certified and experienced, with an average of over 30 years of driving school experience.

Corporate-International Driver Learning Program

Our Corporate-International Driver Learning Program is designed to meet the unique needs of corporate clients and international employees. Defensive Driving Program
