We are a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) approved school with a team of state certified and licensed instructors. Our Response to COVID-19
At A to Z Driving School, the safety and health of our staff and students is our highest priority. We are closely following the guidelines given by the state of Texas due to COVID-19, and we are operating at a 50% capacity, accepting only 15 students per class to maintain the safety of our students and staff. We have also implemented new procedures, including the use of a HIPPA form and updated guidelines, to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.
Teen Driver Education
A to Z Driving School offers a state approved program for teenagers aged 15-18. Our professional curriculum and instructors are approved and trained by the state of Texas. The program includes 32 hours of classroom training, which students can complete in 16 days, and behind-the-wheel training, which can begin once the student completes the first week of class and passes the permit test. The permit test is included in the teen traditional class, and students will receive the required forms to obtain a valid Texas Drivers Permit upon completion of the class.
Adult Driver Education
For adults aged 18-24, A to Z Driving School offers a state required six-hour course. This course includes the permit test, and upon completion, students will receive the required forms to obtain a valid Texas Drivers Permit.
Road Test
A to Z Driving School is authorized by the Department of Public Safety as a third-party skills testing (TPST) driving school. We can administer the official DPS ROAD TEST - DRIVING TEST to anyone who has met the state requirements and is ready to get their Texas driver's license! You may take the driving test with us even if you failed with DPS.
Corporate Adult Driver Education

New Student Center
A to Z Driving School has deployed new state-of-the-art software to help you access and manage your drivers ed program any time on any device. The new software allows you to safely schedule in-car lessons, securely pay with credit card balances, purchase additional services and manage your driving lessons 24/7/365, any device any time. The new system also helps us keep our instructors and students socially distant, with students able to digitally sign their agreements, lessons and sign in sheet from their own phone. There will be no paper or pens passing between our staff and students.
