Questions
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Dogs need Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. Cats require Rabies, FVRCP, and Negative Feline Leukemia. Bordetella must be administered at least 10 days prior.
Can I bring my pet's own food?
Yes, we recommend bringing your pet's regular food to avoid dietary changes that could cause gastrointestinal issues during boarding.
How are medical emergencies handled?
We'll contact you first, then your secondary contact. If unreachable, we'll seek immediate veterinary care for your pet following contract authorization.
Do you charge for playtime?
No, all pets receive four daily potty breaks. Social pets enjoy free group play sessions in our 6,100 sq ft outdoor area.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit Cards, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Credit card information is not stored in our system for security.
