Our company was established in 2000 as a Florida Corporation, and since then, we have been committed to earning your loyalty with every service we perform. We have recently moved to a new office location at 536 Interstate Ct., Sarasota, FL 34240. Our team consists of experienced, knowledgeable personnel who utilize the latest standards, equipment, and data collection techniques.

Services We Offer

We offer a wide range of surveying services to meet your needs, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, mean high water studies and surveys, riparian lines, hydrographic surveys, subdivision and condominium platting, construction layout, as-built surveys, quantity surveys, sketch and description, FEMA elevation certificate, and ALTA/ACSM survey. Our services are designed to help you with permitting, construction, and other projects that require accurate survey data.

We are experienced in producing surveys for permitting for the Department of Environmental Protection, Southwest Florida Water Management District, Army Corps of Engineers, and local municipalities. Our team is committed to providing you with the best service possible, ensuring that your project is completed efficiently and accurately.
