Services
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Specialized treatment addressing pelvic floor dysfunction through manual therapy, biofeedback, and targeted exercises. We help patients overcome chronic pain, incontinence, and sexual dysfunction using evidence-based techniques developed through advanced training at institutions like the Herman & Wallace Institute. Our approach combines internal and external treatments with personalized home programs to restore normal function and improve quality of life.
Women's Health Physical Therapy
Comprehensive care for women's health issues including prenatal/postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, and hormonal-related conditions. Our treatments integrate visceral manipulation and myofascial release techniques to address musculoskeletal imbalances affecting reproductive health. With specialized training in pregnancy-related conditions, we help patients manage pain during pregnancy and recover effectively after childbirth through individualized treatment plans.
Manual Spine Therapy
Osteopathic manual treatments for spinal dysfunction, combining structural assessment with soft tissue mobilization. We address complex spinal issues through hands-on techniques developed through training at Michigan State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine. This approach effectively resolves chronic back pain and nerve-related conditions by restoring proper alignment and mobility without invasive procedures.
Visceral Manipulation
Gentle manual therapy to restore mobility and function to abdominal and pelvic organs. We address post-surgical adhesions, digestive issues, and chronic pain through techniques learned at the Barral Institute. By releasing restrictions in organ mobility, we alleviate symptoms like pelvic pain, incontinence, and infertility while improving overall systemic function through enhanced visceral motility.
Craniosacral Therapy
Subtle manual techniques to optimize cerebrospinal fluid flow and cranial bone mobility. We treat migraines, neural tension, and systemic imbalances by addressing restrictions in the craniosacral system. This therapy improves hormonal regulation, reduces headaches, and enhances nervous system function through gentle manipulations that restore natural rhythmic patterns in the body.
