Our Leadership
Our leadership team is dedicated to serving Indiana seniors by providing affordable assisted living in communities that currently lack our quality services and amenities. Our Chairman, Dave Cocagne, is passionate about neighborhood revitalization. Co-Founder and Vice-Chairman, Mark Laubacher, enjoys developing new approaches and process improvements. President and CEO, Jo Ellen Bleavins, is driven by a passion for caring for others. Chief Financial Officer, Matthew South, oversees the financial aspects of our operations.
