At Lifecore Rehab & Counseling Services, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals challenged by mental illness. We believe that mental illness is just as important as any other physical illness. Our team of licensed and qualified clinicians works with each individual as an individual to empower them to manage their unique needs.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of each individual, whether it is an emotional disability or mental health illness. Our goal is for each individual to reach personal successes. We provide individual and group therapies to best meet those needs, as well as telehealth services that allow individuals to receive counseling in the privacy of their own home.

At Lifecore, we understand the importance of privacy and HIPAA compliance. We are committed to providing a secure and confidential environment for our clients. Our services are designed to reduce psychological symptoms, restore abilities to improve functioning, and manage challenges overall.

Our Approach

Our clinicians work collaboratively with clients to create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. We utilize evidence-based therapies and assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, and substance abuse.

We also provide services to improve social functioning and skill building, including coping skills, communication skills, and self-esteem building. Our goal is to empower our clients to reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

Admission Criteria

At Lifecore, we work with adults who are 18 years or older and have a referral source (physician or nursing home). We accept Medicare and other insurances, including Aetna, Better Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and many more.
