Multifamily Investment Strategy

Our investment strategy focuses on the opportunistic acquisition of multifamily rental properties, and we are also active buyers of subordinate CMBS debt. We have an equity investment strategy that has allowed us to build a diverse portfolio of properties across the United States.

Affordable Housing

Our affordable housing affiliate, McDowell Housing Partners, was formed in 2019 to develop apartments that address the ongoing housing affordability issues prevalent throughout the US. We bring together stakeholders at the federal, state, and local levels to deliver high-quality apartments to those who need it most.
