Services
Architectural Design
Our architectural design service creates custom structures tailored to site conditions and client needs. We specialize in residential homes and commercial buildings that balance aesthetics with functionality. The process includes concept development, construction documentation, and coordination with engineering professionals to ensure code compliance and structural integrity.
Interior Design
Interior design solutions focus on creating cohesive, functional spaces that reflect client personalities. Services include material selection, lighting design, and furniture specification for both residential and commercial environments. Our approach ensures seamless integration with architectural elements for unified project outcomes.
Historic Renovations
Specialized renovation services preserve historical integrity while modernizing structures for contemporary use. We've transformed old warehouses into office spaces and restored century-old buildings with updated systems. This work requires careful material selection and adherence to preservation guidelines while meeting current building standards.
Site Analysis
Comprehensive site analysis evaluates topography, zoning regulations, and environmental factors to inform design decisions. This service identifies optimal building placement, views, and natural light opportunities while addressing potential challenges like slope or existing vegetation.
Construction Administration
Our construction administration service ensures design intent is maintained during building phases. We coordinate with contractors, review progress, and address technical challenges to maintain quality standards. This oversight helps prevent costly errors and ensures final results align with original design specifications.
