Our Services

We proudly provide Residential Home Inspections and Infrared Imaging to Central Alabama, including Montgomery, Autauga, Elmore, Tallapoosa, Pike, Bullock, Macon, Crenshaw, Butler, and Lowndes Counties. Our licensed home inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow and exceed the Standards of Professional Practice established by ASHI, the leading home inspection association.

What to Expect From Your Inspection

Whether you're buying, selling, or maintaining your home, Luxe Inspections provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. After we walk through the home together, we'll explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We'll talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later, as well as the items that you'll want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format.

Our inspectors are licensed by the state of Alabama and hold each of our inspectors to the highest inspection standards, which are derived from ASHI or state standards.
