Hello, I'm Josh Rigsby, the proud owner of Ace Inspections. With a background of 10 years in the construction and remodeling business, and 4 years in real estate investment, I have developed a keen eye for detail and an exceptional ability to spot deficiencies and inefficiencies in properties. My passion for the industry and commitment to providing top-notch home inspection services led me to establish Ace Inspections. I am a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Society (AHSI) School, an Associate member, and have passed the Standards Of Practice Module as well as the NHIE (National Home Inspectors Exam).
