Our Story

Our founder, Lexie, is a licensed counselor in Florida who has spent the last 16 years working with women struggling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, reproductive concerns, infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum depression and anxiety. Her personal experience as a recovered Postpartum Depression and Postpartum OCD mom has driven her passion to create a supportive community where women can find solace, understanding, and actionable insights on mental health. With a team of dedicated professionals, Her Hope Behavioral Health is committed to helping individuals find strength in the process of becoming their best selves.
