Our Services

Our comprehensive range of services is designed to cater to the unique needs of each individual. Our psychotherapy practice focuses on enabling individuals to recognize and address obstacles that prevent them from achieving balance in their lives. We work with children, adolescents, and adults, using a whole-body system approach that incorporates nutrition, vitamins, exercise, mind, and spirit.

Our unique approach to equine assisted psychotherapy uses horses as a means to provide metaphoric experiences to promote emotional growth. This experiential modality is highly effective in helping clients overcome anxiety, depression, attention-deficit disorder, conduct disorders, dissociative disorders, posttraumatic stress, autism, and other disorders and disabilities.

In addition to our individual and family therapy services, we also offer corporate team building programs that are designed to improve leadership, communication, personal growth, corporate culture, and positive team development. Our innovative and experiential program uses team-building exercises with horses and facilitators to develop the skills needed for success.

Our Philosophy

Meet Our Team

Our team is led by Brenda von Rautenkranz, a licensed therapist with over 30 years of experience in behavior and education. Brenda is a certified equine specialist and has a lifelong passion for horses and their way of relating to humans and their environment. She is a professional personal trainer and president of Fit For Life, a program of health and wellness. She produces and hosts her own cable show and is a motivational speaker.
