Divine Hope Counseling is a dual diagnosis treatment facility that specializes in providing substance use disorder (SUD) treatment to women, men, older adults, and adolescents aged 13 and up. Rule 25 Assessments
Rule 25 Assessments are usually required by the county or court and can be completed upon appointment. These assessments are used to determine the level of care a client needs to address their SUD.
Comprehensive Substance Use Disorder Assessment
Our comprehensive substance use disorder assessment is typically required by insurance, service providers, or personal request. This assessment is used to determine the level of care a client needs to address their SUD and any co-occurring disorders.
Co-Occurring/Dual Diagnose Disorder
We incorporate mental health and chemical health within the treatment. This approach helps us to address the root causes of addiction and ensure that our clients receive the holistic care they need to achieve long-term recovery.
Addiction Treatment Services for Substance Use Disorders
We provide continuing care (after care) that can be completed within 4 to 6 months. Our continuing care program focuses on relapse prevention and positive coping skills.
Gender-Specific Treatment for Adult Men and Women
Our gender-specific treatment programs provide a safe and supportive environment for men and women to address their addiction. These programs are designed to help clients develop coping skills and learn how to live life without using mood-altering substances.
Adolescent Treatment
We provide continuing care (after care) for adolescents aged 13-18 that can be completed within 4 to 6 months. Our adolescent treatment program is designed to help young people develop the skills they need to achieve long-term recovery.
Older Adult Education/Treatment Program
Our older adult education/treatment program is designed to help individuals gain knowledge on prescription drugs and/or alcohol abuse/dependence, how prescription drugs and/or alcohol may cause dependence, and taking prescription drugs appropriately.
At Divine Hope Counseling, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of care and support. Our experienced and compassionate staff receive annual training in CPR and First Aide, HIV, Hepatitis, protecting client rights via confidentiality, Bill of Rights, Vulnerable Adults and Maltreatment of Minors, Infection Control, and Opioid Treatment services in Mn.
