Capri's Italian began its journey in the post-WWII era when Julius N. "Cap" Capri remained in Greenville after his work at the local air base. What started as Mama Capri baking pizzas in her kitchen for the "Yankees" at the base soon grew into a thriving restaurant business. We opened our first log cabin restaurant on Augusta Road and have expanded to three locations while maintaining the same commitment to quality and authenticity that our founders established. Our dedicated team of chefs and servers has perfected Italian recipes passed down through generations, creating a dining experience that blends Italian tradition with Southern hospitality.
