Our team, led by President and CEO Christopher W. Kurz, has a combined experience of over thirty years in the commercial real estate industry.

Our History

Christopher Kurz, the President of Linden Associates, has a sterling track record in the real estate industry. After graduating from The Wharton School MBA program in 1971, Mr. Kurz worked for The Rouse Company. Since 1986, he has been on his own and has developed over 950,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial property in the Washington/Baltimore market. During his career, Mr. Kurz has developed or acquired over 2,300,000 square feet of commercial real estate and has arranged financing of approximately $750 million, of which $150 million involved properties in which he held a significant equity position.
