Our team of licensed counselors uses a person-centered, humanistic approach combined with evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, attachment theory, transactional analysis, and EMDR to help clients meet their goals.

Our team is led by Dr. Michelle Steimer, a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Dr. Steimer is nationally credentialed and has presented at numerous events and conferences on topics related to mental health, wellness, and military culture. Our team also includes Corey and Jane, who specialize in working with individuals and couples to meet their unique needs.
