We offer a wide range of counseling and psychotherapy services to treat most mental health and behavioral disorders. Our expertise includes treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, eating disorders, dual diagnosis, child/adolescent disorders, family/couples therapy, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, and addiction recovery. We utilize various treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, grief/loss therapy, family systems therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and emotional freedom technique. We accept most insurances, and our providers are credentialed with various insurance plans.
