Our Classes
Creative Movement: For the littlest dancers, this playful class explores rhythm, self-expression, and basic movement concepts through fun and engaging activities (ages 2.5-3.5 years).
Ballet: The foundation of all dance forms, ballet builds technical skills, strength, and flexibility in a disciplined and creative setting.
Jazz: This energetic style combines kicks, leaps, jumps, and turns, drawing inspiration from various musical genres.
Contemporary: Freedom of movement and boundless creativity define this expressive dance form, building on foundational ballet technique.
Hip Hop: This dynamic style allows students to explore diverse street, funk, break, and electric boogie moves.
Strength & Conditioning: Develop strength, agility, speed, and flexibility for optimal performance in all dance styles.
Acro/Gymnastics: This challenging program combines tumbling, flexibility training, core strengthening, and gymnastic techniques.
Baton: Learn to master basic baton-twirling skills along with marching and dance elements.
Mommy & Me: This special class encourages exploration, creativity, and bonding between parents and young children (ages 18mo-2.5 years).
Adult Tap: Join this fun and energetic class for adults 18 and over to rediscover the joy of rhythmic tapping.
