Our History
Our history dates back to 1983, when we were founded in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Since then, we have grown and expanded our services to become one of the nation's largest privately-owned servicers of GNMA loans. In 2015, our owner and CEO, Kent Wiechert, acquired Goldwater Bank, N.A. in a stock purchase, marking a significant milestone in our company's history. Today, we continue to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients, and we look forward to many more years of success.
