Yoga for Everybody: Relax, Unwind, and Release Stress

Since 2017, our team at The Yoga House has been dedicated to providing an exciting, yet relaxing approach to health, wellness, and healing both mentally and physically. We are proudly situated in the heart of Brandon, FL, tucked away in a quiet and tranquil spot near Brandon Hospital, surrounded by nature. Our cozy reception area offers a space for you to store your personal belongings and relax before your practice.

Our Studio Space

Our spacious studio is separate from the reception area, and overlooks a beautiful conservation pond, where many different bird species make their home. Yoga mats and props are available for a successful and therapeutic practice. We offer a variety of classes, suitable for all levels and styles, from Gentle to Power Yoga, and Yin to Restorative. With 27 classes per week, we are sure to have something for everyone. Our experienced and registered teachers are dedicated to helping you relax, unwind, release stress, strengthen, and improve balance.

Yoga for Everybody

We believe in making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. That's why we offer a unique yoga class, Yogajuana, which has been trademarked in the United States. Our team of experienced yoga instructors will guide you in this hour-long class to gently release tension in the body, teach and practice breathing techniques, and meditation. Our quest is that you may take these tools with you in your daily lives, and utilize them in times of need due to stress or anxiety.

Special Events and Workshops

In addition to our regular class schedule, we also offer a variety of special events, workshops, and teacher training programs. From Philosophical Yoga: The Sutras, Yamas & Niyamas, to Wild Women Circle - Full Moon in Sagittarius, and Aerial Yoga - Class 2, we have something for everyone. Our goal is to create a community where people can come together to learn, grow, and heal.

Meet the Owner

The Yoga House is the brainchild of our owner, who discovered the benefits of yoga after becoming a dedicated runner. After completing six full marathons, she decided to try yoga to improve her endurance and speed. She found another love and became a regular yoga practitioner. She decided to get her certification for yoga as her home studio was asking her to substitute classes. She became a registered yoga teacher in 2016 and began teaching at local studios and gyms. After less than a year, she started dreaming of having a studio of her own to bring different styles of yoga to the community.
