Our Story

At Di-Tazza, we are passionate about serving high-quality, locally-sourced coffee and homemade pastries made with love and care. Our journey began over a decade ago when we started baking biscotti and scones at home for local coffee shops. As our reputation grew, so did our dreams, and in 2007, we opened our first coffee shop in Vancouver, Washington. Since then, we've expanded to a new location in Padden Market Center complex, offering a beautifully designed cafe space where customers can relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee or a delicious pastry.
