We're a team of dedicated clinicians, administrators, and operations professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients. We're not just healthcare providers; we're advocates for mental wellness, committed to breaking down barriers to care and promoting a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and equity.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of mental health services, including:

• Therapy: Individual, group, and family therapy to address a variety of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationships.
• Psychiatry: Medical psychiatric assessments, medication management, and therapy to help individuals manage their mental health.
• IOP and PHP: Intensive Outpatient Programs and Partial Hospitalization Programs to provide intensive therapy and support for individuals struggling with addiction, mental health concerns, or co-occurring disorders.
• Child and Adolescent Nutrition: Nutrition counseling and education to support the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents.
• ADHD: Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and related conditions.
• Client Resources: Access to online resources, including client portals, to support ongoing care and communication.

Our Clinicians

Our clinicians are dedicated professionals who are licensed to practice in their respective states. They are trained to deliver evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.

Our Philosophy

We believe that mental health care should be accessible, affordable, and comprehensive. That's why we accept most major insurance carriers and offer a sliding fee scale for those who are uninsured or underinsured. We also offer online resources and support to help individuals and families navigate the mental health care system.
