Landmark Properties, Inc. was founded in 1989 with a focus on the development and leasing of multi-tenant retail shopping centers, office buildings, medical office buildings, and mixed-use buildings in central Indiana. As a portfolio developer, we build and acquire properties for our own account, rather than marketing our services to third parties. This approach allows us to make decisions based on sound long-term fundamentals that create value for our tenants. We take pride in being a small and agile company, enabling us to respond quickly and remain flexible in our approach to every transaction. Over the years, we have developed relationships with hundreds of tenants and strive to earn repeat business with them. We provide in-house property management, which has been proven to be extremely effective in developing solid relationships with our tenants, maintaining strong occupancy, and maximizing property value. Our tenants appreciate the quality facilities we provide, reflecting a pride of ownership.

We are affiliated with several industry organizations, including the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Indiana CPA Society, National Association of Realtors (NAR), Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Binford Redevelopment & Growth (BRAG), and the Nora-Northside Community Council.
