Who We Are

We are a team that walks the walk. Our president and co-founder, Jack Gibson, has a background in building businesses and coaching clients on effective nutrition and fitness strategies. He has a proven track record of success in real estate investing, having acquired over 50 investment properties. Jeff Schechter, our other co-founder, has a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit and has been involved in numerous business ventures, including real estate investing. He also operates a private consulting practice and is dedicated to helping people realize their full potential.

Nicole Hoss, our Director of Investor Relations, is an out-of-state investor herself and is the main point of contact for all investor inquiries.
