We are a resident-managed cooperative apartment building that thrives on fiscal responsibility and a commitment to excellence in our daily operations and continuous reinvestment in our building and grounds.

Our ten-story building boasts nine floors of residential housing and a basement, with each apartment featuring plaster wall construction for maximum peace and solitude. As a cooperative apartment building, or "Co-op, " we differ from condominiums ("Condos") in several key ways, including shared ownership and a stronger sense of community among our residents. History

Eleven Slade Apartment Corporation was formed on July 25, 1960, and currently consists of 130 residential units of varying sizes. Over the years, we have developed a reputation for providing an excellent living experience in a secure and welcoming environment. Our dedicated staff and management team are always available to address the needs of our residents and ensure that they feel at home in our beautiful building.
