Pet Policy

We love our furry friends at The Village at Jones Falls, which is why we welcome pets in our community. Our pet policy allows for a maximum of two pets per home, with a one-time pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $35. Breed restrictions do apply, so please contact us for more information.
