We also provide our clients with a thorough, computerized inspection report, giving them a lasting and easy-to-read document to review any issues uncovered during their property inspection.

Our Residential Home Inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of the house's major systems and structural integrity. Our Certified Home Inspector will document how these systems are working together and identify areas that need to be watched, repaired, or replaced. Our 11th Month Warranty Inspection covers all major systems, including testing of the mechanical systems and components, and all visible defects will be noted in a written report and ready for presentation to your builder before your new construction home warranty expires.

Our Annual Maintenance Review is a yearly examination of your home's systems and components, allowing you to save money by addressing interior and exterior maintenance issues in a timely manner.
