Our History

Our founder, Bill Gaston, started the business in 1945 in a one-room, single workbench watch repair shop. Over the years, he built the business into a full-service jewelry store. After his passing in 2000, his daughter Carol took over the shop and continued to build on his legacy of providing exceptional customer service. Today, we continue to make people happy with our products and services, and we're proud to be a trusted name in the Valley.

We offer a wide range of services, including jewelry repair, design, and restoration. Our team of skilled jewelers can help with appraisals, stone setting, watch repair, watch battery replacement, watch band shortening and replacement, gemstone identification, pearl and bead stringing, gemstone grading, gold and rhodium plating, and custom designs. Whatever type of jewelry needs fixing, we can finish the job within a few days. Our in-house work ensures that your jewelry is handled with care and respect, and we only outsource to other specialists when necessary.
