Treatment and Therapists
Sabrina, a therapist at the facility, is praised by a patient, K. Ford, for being comforting, non-judgmental, and genuinely caring. She is described as an awesome listener and someone who trusts her patients. Another patient, Stephanie Cummings, is also very happy with her therapist, Marsia Carlson, stating that she is genuinely a sweet person who was able to get her meds right.
Front Desk and Administrative Issues
However, several patients have had negative experiences with the front desk and administrative staff. Carol Wallingford, who gave a 1-star rating, describes the front desk as uncaring. George Parker, another 1-star reviewer, expresses frustration with the office's tele-health visits, citing poor communication and lack of support for patients. Stephanie Cummings also had issues with the front desk, stating that they are heartless and don't care about their patients.
No-Show Policy
Many of the negative reviews mention the facility's no-show policy, which some patients feel is overly strict. Stephanie Cummings and Christina Strong, both 1-star reviewers, express frustration with being dropped from the practice due to missed appointments, despite their efforts to communicate and make up for missed sessions. Christina Strong's review highlights the difficulties faced by patients with mental health conditions, such as ADHD and depression, who may struggle with attendance.
Overall Experience
Reviews suggest that the quality of treatment from the therapists is generally positive, but the administrative and logistical aspects of the practice are a major concern for many patients. The facility's no-show policy is seen as harsh and uncaring, leading to disappointed and frustrated patients.
