Our Principal, Luis A. Labrada, P.E., has over 18 years of combined experience in the field of civil, structural, geotechnical, material testing and inspection, and project management in residential, commercial, public and private development projects. He has worked on privately consulting firms, and governmental public agency, and has provided professional civil and structural engineering services to over 60 different clients and completed over 1,500 projects in southern California.

Unresolved Issues and Poor Communication
One reviewer, Pat Wright, had a negative experience with LAMAR Engineering. Despite paying for services, Wright's permits have not been issued, and the architect is blaming LAMAR Engineering for taking a two-month vacation. To make matters worse, Wright is being invoiced for an additional $300, claiming they have overpaid. Multiple attempts to contact the company have been met with no response, only receiving daily invoices.
