Pirouz Etemad leads ANP Engineering with over 40 years of civil engineering experience. He earned his Civil Engineering degree from Michigan State University in 1979 and a Masters in 1980. Prior to founding ANP, he worked on major projects like the Williams Tower in Houston and gained valuable public sector experience with San Diego's Development Services Department.
