What is Lomi Lomi?

Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian healing art that incorporates massage, breath-work, presence, and sacred touch. It is rooted in the lineage of Kahu Abraham Kawai'i and integrates other lineages that support living a life of aloha and thriving in your massage or healing profession. Our practice uses flowing forearm massage techniques, shamanic principles, and energetic awareness to create a safe and sacred space for healing.

About Sacred Lomi Workshop Descriptions

Our workshops are designed to guide you through the principles and techniques of Lomi Lomi. You will learn how to create a safe and sacred space for yourself and your clients, cultivate alignment with your physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual bodies, and understand the power of intention and breath-work in facilitating healing. We offer a variety of workshops and retreats, including our signature Hawaiian Retreats, which provide an immersive experience in the beautiful landscapes of Hawaii.

About Tom Cochran and Donna Jason

Tom Cochran and Donna Jason are the co-founders of Sacred Lomi. They have developed this healing art with a deep understanding that we are each far more than our physical bodies. Through their teachings, they aim to empower individuals to heal themselves and positively influence others. Tom and Donna have been certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork as continuing education Approved Providers.

Ho'oponopono

Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. It is a powerful tool for healing and transformation, promoting balance, harmony, and unity. In our workshops, we incorporate Ho'oponopono to help you cultivate a deeper sense of self-love, compassion, and understanding.
