I'm Tracyann Thomas, the founder of Nature to Balance, an Ayurvedic Practitioner, certified by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, and an Ayurvedic Sacred Bodyworker & Panchkarma Technician. As a licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Holistic Nutritionist, I'm passionate about guiding people to find balance and vibrant health in their body, mind, and spirit.

Our Philosophy

At Nature to Balance, we believe that when an individual truly understands their unique energy blueprint, they will find their inner healer. My own personal journey of healing started over 25 years ago, when I was searching for answers to my digestive issues and anxiety. I was disappointed with the Western approach to health, which often relied on one-size-fits-all diets and medications. However, when I discovered Ayurveda, I felt like I had finally found the missing piece to the puzzle.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the oldest and most complete holistic healing system in the world, with a rich history spanning over 5,000 years. It is a comprehensive system that views the individual as a complex being, comprising of body, mind, and spirit. Ayurveda lays out the principles for achieving perfect health by balancing the body's elements, or doshas, which are unique to each individual. By understanding and harmonizing one's dosha, one can attain vibrant health in the body and peace in the mind and spirit.
