Our Story

Aloha Nutrition was founded by Allegra Gast, a registered dietitian/nutritionist and international board certified lactation consultant, who is passionate about supporting mothers and their families. With a background in nutrition and food science, Allegra has worked in various settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and fitness centers. However, it was her work with mothers and babies that truly ignited her passion. After becoming a mother herself, Allegra realized the importance of postpartum support and decided to become a postpartum doula.
