Tracy Borkum, the visionary behind Urban Kitchen Group, has always been passionate about merging the beauty of Italy with the organic freshness of Southern California. Her unparalleled dedication to creating innovative, seasonal dishes has earned our restaurants critical acclaim and a loyal following. Our from-scratch menus feature shareable portions of luxurious house-made pasta, innovative pizza, cleverly crafted large plates, and an elevated selection of antipasti, dolci, and signature cheese and salumi programs.

CUCINA Wine Program

Our dynamic, diverse, and fun wine program features over 200 labels from around the world, with an emphasis on Italian and California varietals. Our goal is to share value with our guests and celebrate the people behind the label - the farmers and winemakers who craft these exceptional wines. Urban Kitchen Catering

Urban Kitchen Catering takes our chefs' creativity to the next level by designing menu themes that cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences. From Americana to Farm-to-Table, Mediterranean to Latin-Fusion, Asian to Traditional and Modern, our menus are designed to delight. Our commitment to sustainability, local farming, and fair trade practices ensures that our events are not only memorable but also responsible.
