Our Services
We offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels, from gentle and restorative to hot and dynamic flows. Our classes are designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles, build core stability, detoxify, and leave you feeling restored. We also offer private yoga classes, massage and bodywork, workshops, and teacher training programs. Our state-of-the-art studios feature slip-resistant, hypo-allergenic flooring, locker rooms, showers, and amenities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Virtual Studio
In addition to our in-studio classes, we also offer live classes through Zoom and free classes and tutorials on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This allows you to practice from the comfort of your own home or on-the-go.

Our Team
Our team of instructors is committed to challenge, inspire, and motivate you while creating a unique and safe experience in every class. Our instructors have attended a minimum of 200, and many 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher training, ensuring that you receive the highest quality instruction.
