At LaserFab Technologies, we specialize in precision 2D and 3D laser cutting, serving a wide range of industries. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced Mazak 2D and 3D laser cutting systems, which enable us to apply up to 1500 watts of power for 2D laser cutting and up to 2500 watts for 3D laser cutting. We can accommodate work pieces up to 48 in by 120 in for 2D laser cutting and up to 60 x 120 in for 3D laser cutting. With our precision cutting capabilities, we can cut carbon steel up to 0.500 in thick, stainless steel to 0.125 in, and aluminum to 0.125 in for 2D laser cutting. For 3D laser cutting, we can cut various materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, in forms such as pipe and sheet, all to precision tolerances of 0.010 in.

Our facility is equipped with a comprehensive inspection system, including a FARO laser scanner, to ensure the highest level of quality and dimensional integrity for all of our work. Our quality policy is strict, and we are ISO Registered, ensuring that all of our products meet or exceed customer specifications.

We understand that every customer has unique needs and specifications. That's why we offer customized solutions to meet your specific requirements. We can process up to 0.500" thick material from multi-axis capabilities with depths of up to 28" and accommodate parts as large as 144". Our team can also aid in the development and specification of customer products, thanks to our completed CAD/CAM software systems.

At LaserFab Technologies, we don't just stop at cutting and forming. We provide a full range of services, including manual or robotic welding, assembly, and integration. We can add value to the supply chain by providing services such as welding, assembly of nuts, pins, bolts, screws, wiring harnesses, and lights. We can also provide finish services through our certified partnerships, store or line sequence products as needed, and offer shipping services through our Navistar box truck with softside cargo storage or a commercial van.

Amada AE2510 Turret Punch

The machine's 15,000-lb. ram capacity and 78.7" x 137.8" table size enable us to handle large and heavy metal parts, delivering high-quality results every time.

Mazak 1.5K Laser

Our Mazak 1.5K Laser machine offers flexible and efficient laser cutting capabilities for a wide range of metal materials. With a cutting speed of 1,500 ipm and a rapid traverse speed of 4,134 ipm, we can handle complex cutting requirements with ease and efficiency. The machine's 2 kW fiber laser and 59" x 120" table size enable us to handle large and thick metal parts, delivering precise and consistent results.

Mazak 1K Laser

Our Mazak 1K Laser machine offers versatile and efficient laser cutting capabilities for a wide range of metal materials. With a cutting speed of 1,418 ipm and a rapid traverse speed of 3,543 ipm, we can handle complex cutting requirements with ease and efficiency. The machine's 1 kW fiber laser and 49.2" x 98.4" table size enable us to handle large and thick metal parts, delivering precise and consistent results.

Mazak 6 Axis Laser
