Eller Construction Company has been a fixture in the Shelby and Fayette Counties communities since 2003. Founded by Derek Eller, our company has earned a reputation for building high-quality, custom homes tailored to each client's unique needs and desires. Over the past two decades, Derek has overseen the construction of more than 120 homes, ranging in size, style, and budget. We began by focusing solely on custom homes, and that commitment to individualized craftsmanship remains at the heart of everything we do. Mandy Polatty, who joined the team in 2014 as Office Manager, plays a vital role in project management. Mandy's expertise spans a wide range of areas, including project procurement, financial tracking, and communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Her organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail ensure that projects stay on track and within budget.
