At Grace Construction, we've been building a legacy for over four decades. Our story began in 1957 with J.M. O'Brien, who founded a General Contractor specializing in commercial, multi-family, and student housing construction. Over the years, we've evolved and grown, becoming a fourth-generation family business. Today, we offer a wide range of services, from feasibility studies and estimating to construction management and general contracting.
