Frequently Asked Questions
Why do people seek therapy? People come to therapy for a variety of reasons, including feeling unsatisfied and stuck in life, going through a major transition, or experiencing old behaviors and feelings of loneliness, overwhelm, anxiety, and depression. Therapy can provide support and help with skills to navigate these periods and lead a more fulfilling life.
What do you charge for therapy? Our rates vary between $75 and $140 for a 50-minute session, with each therapist setting their own fees. If you have questions about fees, please contact our therapists directly.
When will I start to feel better? Like most things, you get out of therapy what you put into it. While we can't guarantee happiness, clients who stay committed to the process are more fulfilled in their lives and relationships. We actively seek feedback to ensure we're most helpful to you.
