Deer Park Podiatry has been a staple of the local community for the past 30 years, dedicated to providing the highest level of professional care in a warm and congenial environment. Our medical facility is equipped with onsite x-rays, diagnostic ultrasound, vascular and nerve testing, full handicap access, and a large ground level parking lot to ensure that our patients have a seamless experience.

Our team of skilled podiatric physicians, including Dr. James Goetz, Dr. Ronald Kim, and Dr. Michele Ahamadi, are trained to treat a wide range of ailments, including bunions, neuromas, sprains, and fractures, flatfeet, heel pain, warts and fungal nails, painful or tired feet, calluses, and corns, ingrown nails, bursitis, tendonitis, pinched nerves, and all phases of diabetic foot/wound care and management. We are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest treatments and technologies, including the Q clear laser for the treatment of fungal nails.

History

All of our physicians graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed comprehensive surgical residencies. They are board certified and board qualified, respectively, and are certified in laser treatments. Our goal is to keep your feet healthy through treatment, education, and podiatric care. We believe that prevention and maintenance are key, and we strive to provide the highest level of patient care to get patients back on their feet as quickly as possible.

Doctor Bios

Dr. James Goetz has been practicing podiatry in the Deer Park area for nearly 30 years. He is a graduate of the Saint John's University School of Pharmacy and worked both retail and hospital pharmacy prior to becoming a podiatrist. Dr. Goetz is involved in cutting-edge research regarding the development of abuse-resistant narcotics. He completed his podiatric surgical residency at the Catholic Health Centers of Brooklyn and Queens and is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Goetz utilizes the latest technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of foot disorders.

Dr. Ronald Kim, a Long Island native, has been practicing podiatry in the Deer Park area for almost 10 years. He is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a PM&S surgical residency at Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Kim is surgically board certified and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest treatments and technologies in the field of podiatry.

Dr. Michele Ahamadi is a respected podiatrist who has been serving the local community for several years. She is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a comprehensive surgical residency. Dr. Ahamadi is dedicated to providing compassionate and tailored care to each of her patients.
