Who We Serve

We currently provide services to the elderly and physically disabled, offering a comprehensive array of home health care solutions tailored to each individual's unique needs. Our programs include:

• Home Community Based Services (HCBS) Waiver programs: HCBS-FE for frail elderly, HCBS-PD for physically disabled individuals, and HCBS-TBI for those recovering from traumatic brain injury.
• Butler County Scholarship (BUCO): Assisting eligible individuals in securing in-home care services.
• Private Pay/Insurance: We also offer private pay services for those not covered under insurance.
