Our Story
Formed in 2008, MAKSolve has survived and thrived despite the economic crisis, thanks to the respect and support of our current and former clients, colleagues, business associates, and friends. Our Managing Partner, a Lebanon, Ohio resident, brings extensive knowledge of Ohio and surrounding states, both above and below ground geographically, to our clients. This expertise has proven vital to our success.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of environmental consulting services required for redevelopment and reuse of industrial properties. Our services encompass but are not limited to:

- Phase II Sub Surface Investigations
- Identification and implementation of remedies under the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency's Voluntary Action Program (VAP)
- Underground Storage Tank (UST) removals, investigation, and corrective action
