However, its rapid growth and success captivated Mike Foxx, leading him to dedicate himself fully to the expanding business. Recognizing the potential in two promising young employees, Ralph Batsel and Don Flecky, Mike took a chance by hiring them as part-time evening janitors. Their commitment and work ethic quickly transformed them from part-time college students into invaluable members of the operations team, ultimately paving the way for their future ownership of the company. In 1979, Mike Foxx entrusted the reins to Ralph and Don, marking a new chapter in Foxx Building Services' history. Driven by their shared vision and expertise, Ralph and Don continued to guide the company towards even greater heights, solidifying its position as a trusted partner for commercial and industrial clients across Southern California.
