Our space is dedicated to fostering an environment of clarity, mindfulness, and growth in the practice of yoga. We officially opened our doors in the winter of 2004 and have been growing organically ever since. Our studio is located in the heart of Alhambra in the San Gabriel Valley, and we look forward to welcoming you in person.

*Kathy*
Kathy's yoga journey began in 2009, driven by a quest for recovery from the physical demands of running and aerial arts training. What began as a means to strengthen her body evolved into a profound exploration of yoga as a comprehensive life system. In 2014, she enrolled in the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification Program under the direction of Bruce Schwartz, Paul Cabanis, and Farzaneh Noori at Yoga House. Deepening her commitment to Iyengar Yoga, Kathy immersed herself in studies under the guidance of Dora Hasenbein at Yoga Darsana. This journey led her to actively assist Dora in her classes and, in 2023, she embraced a new chapter by joining Yoga Darsana's Teacher Education Program. In her daily practice, Kathy embraces the wisdom of B.K.S. Iyengar, holding onto the belief that "Action is movement with intelligence. The world is filled with movement. What the world needs is more conscious movement, more action." This philosophy resonates deeply with her, shaping not only her physical practice but also influencing her approach to life.
