Wing Chun
Wing Chun is a close-quarters fighting system emphasizing rapid threat neutralization and efficiency against larger opponents. Students learn direct techniques, wooden dummy drills, and center-line theory to maximize effectiveness. This style suits women and smaller individuals seeking practical self-defense skills while promoting physical coordination and mental focus.
Jow Ga Kung Fu
Jow Ga combines Hung Ga hand techniques, Choi Ga footwork, and Northern Shaolin kicks for comprehensive martial arts training. Students progress through structured levels learning over 20 empty-hand forms, 18 weapon sets, and sparring applications to develop strength, speed, and combat readiness through traditional Chinese methods.
Youth Kung Fu
Designed for children aged 6-12, our youth program builds confidence, discipline, and physical fitness through age-appropriate martial arts instruction. Classes include flexibility training, self-defense techniques, and character development activities that promote conflict resolution skills, social competence, and leadership abilities in a structured environment.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi offers low-impact exercise combining slow movements with mindfulness to reduce stress while improving balance, flexibility, and joint health. Practitioners learn Yang-style forms with 88 movements, push hands exercises, and weapon training to cultivate internal strength and body awareness through centuries-old Chinese martial arts principles.
Online Learning
Our distance learning programs provide digital access to Wing Chun and Jow Ga instructional materials. Students receive structured video courses covering forms, techniques, and theory for continuous skill development. This self-paced option maintains traditional teaching methods adapted for remote learners worldwide while complementing in-person instruction.
